Designed for Draenert in collaboration with Babak Hakakian. Inspired by the clean lines of a surfboard, the edges of the Surf Table evolved during the design process into include the softened edges, evocative of an undulating wave lapping at the board.
To that end, the sinuous and sensual form of the Surf Table was handcrafted from oak, which was selected for both its durability, and for the striations emerging from the grain. Available in either a vintage black or natural tones, the base is available in black, dark bronze or gold tones.
